What is the difference between porcelain and non-porcelain surfaces?
Porcelain boards are made with a ceramic-on-steel surface that is scratch-resistant, magnetic, and ideal for heavy daily use. Non-porcelain surfaces are more economical and best suited for light or occasional use.
How do you handle shipping for large-format blackboards?
Large items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. Each board is crated or reinforced with protective packaging to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Can I use liquid chalk markers on your boards?
Yes, our porcelain and high-pressure laminate boards are compatible with both traditional chalk and liquid chalk markers. We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth to prevent ghosting.
What is your return policy for custom-sized orders?
While we offer returns on standard stock items within 30 days, custom-cut or bespoke boards are made to order and are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you provide installation hardware with each purchase?
Yes, all our wall-mounted boards include a standard mounting kit and instructions. For heavy-duty or oversized boards, we recommend professional installation to ensure safety.
