At New York Blackboard, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our home and office products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most standard items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your blackboard or home accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the exterior of the box, then drop off the package at your preferred carrier's location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
